Buy NowBatch 2 is initially matured in Bourbon Barrels for 30 months before being finished for six months in 55-litre ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, adding rich depth and complexity. Crafted with Concerto barley and pure water from our borehole, it is peated to 50PPM using peat from North East Scotland. Bottled at 50% ABV, it is non-chill filtered with no added colouring, ensuring a full-bodied and natural character.
This limited 2022 release was restricted to just 10,000 bottles worldwide.
Nose
Earthy peat smoke with a heap of sweet nuttiness.
Palate
Creamy with a hit of peat. Chewy toffee and red fruits.
Finish
Classic bonfire with a touch of salted caramel and caramelised sugars.
